The crowd was definitely getting live though, many of the people in the front were throwing dollar bills up on the stage - to which Willie D. It’s nothing against them, I like their music, I just don’t have th em on my iPod where I’m bumping it constantly, you know? I did recognize a good number of songs, they performed a decent amount of tracks for about an hour set, give or take. Now I’m not gonna front here, I don’t their songs by name. Towards the end of the set, he disappeared and reappeared behind the crowd standing up on a shoulder-height wall. He was on stage for the majority of the show, although he would drop to the back every now and then. After the first song, Bushwick Bill came out. At first it was just Scarface for a minute, but he was soon joined by Willie D. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of their group, but the crowd seemed to be getting into them.įinally after another short wait, the legendary Geto Boys appeared on stage. After a short wait, a couple cats who were touring with The Geto Boys came out for a few minutes to get the night moving. The first group up was a Buffalo local, Kamp Crystal Lake ( They debuted a new song and got the crowd pumped up for the Tour. They weren’t overly rowdy, there were no fights or anything that I saw, it was a pretty peaceful atmosphere. Most of the crowd was made up of old-school hip hoppers. Interestingly enough, only maybe 25% of the people there were Juggalos. The crowd wasn’t sell-out numbers, but there were a couple hundred people there.

They did come out at the end however for pictures with the fans, but other than that, they kept it pretty low key. They had a small crew, no merchandise that I saw, not even a tour shirt. Now this review is probably going to seem a little briefer than my previous ones, but to be quite honest, this wasn’t a “huge show” in the aspect you may be thinking of, there quite honestly is not much to talk about other than their performance. What up Juggalos? I have had one busy week, but I wanted to take a few moments to let you all know how The Geto Boys tour was.
